Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Our products are made on demand after an order is placed. Production and fulfillment are handled by Printful. Because each item is custom produced, processing times may vary.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location, product type, production time, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. CoffeeWear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@coffeewear.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, selecting the correct product size, and reviewing your order before checkout.
